Omeya is a Bhutanese advisory firm working at the intersection of the built environment, climate and capital. Bhutan's development runs on decisions about cost, value, finance and risk. Omeya exists to give those decisions dedicated local advisory: the layer that engineering and design firms do not offer, delivered from within Bhutan rather than flown in.

Lungten Tshering’s experience spans Bhutan’s financial institutions, institutional advisory and consultancy in London. His work brings together valuation, cost management, policy and development finance. That personal experience informs the practice he is building at Omeya.
